Ida is the best cocktail waitress I have ever encountered. She greated me with a smile, made great conversation and mixed a custom made cocktail of her own recipe that I will remember for the rest of my life. Ida puts the ‘high’ in Highball!

Highball is easily one of Canberra’s best bars! The cocktails and food are always on point, and there are so many different areas to enjoy depending on the vibe you’re after. The DJs keep the energy high and the dance floor going right until close. It’s the perfect spot for a function, a cocktail masterclass, a catch-up with friends or a big night out. Always such a fun time!

Recently hosted a private function on the Highball Terrace for a bachelorette. From first enquiries to the end of the night the team were incredible, we viewed the space and were provided so much information and options to consider. On the night the whole team provided the most incredible service to all our guests, going above and beyond to ensure we had the night of the brides life. Can’t thank Riley and Torah enough for their support. Looking forward to returning casually and any future events as it was a seamless process to coordinate.

A super cool upstairs bar that serves some Mexican dishes but is best known for its diverse rum and cocktail selection. The bartenders are incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, making your experience even more enjoyable.

This is my favourite place. Riley, Sophie, Tora and Luke are fabulous. The atmosphere screams boujee-tropical-get-a-way, all from the comfort and ease of London Circuit! Love this place, love the food, and love the cocktails. My new go-to recommendation for anyone in Civic 🕺💃🍹

Great bar to go to with the friends on a night out! I was served by Ida, she was amazing and just really made my experience at this bar 10x better. The workers really contribute to the success of this bar and Ida really shows this with her hard work and skills.

When I make the trip to Canberra Highball is always a must, last time I went Jesse made me and my Wife’s time so special, His service is friendly, polished, and spot-on, with great cocktail recommendations every time. He made us feel just like a regular, even though we were just visiting. Brilliant drinks, great vibes, and top-tier service.

I had THE best experience. The cocktails are to die for, I told all my friends about this place and i definitely will be back. I was served by Jesse and he is just delightful. He really elevated the experience and I do very much hope that he will be there when I visit again. All in all a wonderful evening, nothing but great things to say about this establishment!!!

I cannot stress enough how amazing our Cocktail Class with Tess was! She not only was incredible with the drinks but she felt apart of our group and just bought the best vibes! I want to go back already it’s great value class and who doesn’t love getting a chance behind the bar! If you thinking about booking DO IT!! Thanks Tess for making our Hens Party an amazing one!
